www.degony.com 2009
Degony.com is free browser based mmorpg currently in its pre-beta stages. The website and game was done by me which means: game concept and ideea, coding php and ajax, building and optimizing the database, coding the html and css, fireworks and photoshop layouts, setting up the servers, marketing and seo and a lot of other things. The concept art is done by a contracted artist.
www.tailcast.com 2008
Tailcast.com is a social network site focused on art, music and writing. I'm using the YouTube API to manage the video uploads. I've built a custom audio player in flash AS3 and also a fast wysiwyg editor in jQuery to let people customize their articles. Eveything is optimized for speed and scalability.
www.bootsnall.com/adventures 2006
The adventures site is a place where you can find many trips and tours. The feeds come from several providers and are procesed by a monthly cron and added to the database. A very complex system has been developed in order to sort and prioritize the data, to help with the maintenance and to return detailed statistics.
blogs.bootsnall.com 2007
This project was based on many installs of wordpress for each blog. My job was to elimiate that completely and use wordpres-mu. Besides that, I had to integrate the old plugins and themes, import the previous blog data, expand the already built tag system and many other things.
store.theoffside.com 2006
This site will help people choose their soccer gear, having the products data coming from several feeds. The feeds are processed by a monthly cron and will smartly figure out if certain products "resemble" with other products so they can be marked as duplicates. Also the urls will be placed in a shared space to help with the redirect process and product matching.
